My mission is to help women in their 40s understand their symptoms and their physiology, and to help them find the nutritional and lifestyle changes they need to take control and thrive through this stage in life and beyond.

Hi! I'm Raquel,


I'm a Nutritionist specialising in the perimenopause, and mum of wonderful Ella.


Having hit rock bottom in my early 40s as a new mum and going through perimenopause at the same time, I did reach out for help. It was a long road for me, learning about my physiology and what I need to feel balanced and in control. I want to make it much shorter and easier for you. Having suffered with hormonal problems since my early 20s, at 47 I finally felt the best I've ever felt. Only to soon find out about my breast cancer diagnosis, and a recurrence shortly afterwards.


Today at 49 and cancer free, I have got a new passion for breast health. And I'm even more passionate about aging healthily and supporting women during the perimenopause transition than before. Helping you understand your physiology and how nutritional and lifestyle changes can impact your perimenopause journey is my main goal. So that you don't have to suffer anymore, but thrive through perimenopause.
